Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Zeba Banoo. Each item you buy helps empower Afghan girls and women—your support truly makes a difference. Because of the direct-to-artisan nature of our mission, we ask that you consider your purchase carefully. We encourage customers not to return items unless absolutely necessary, as your purchase provides direct income and stability to women back home.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at zeba@zebabanoo.com to initiate a return.
- Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- You must notify us and ship the item back to us within 10 days of contacting us.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on used or damaged items.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- We currently offer domestic and international shipping.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
